All final documentation for funding must be signed at the lead issuing bank or lending institution in the event it takes more than one bank or lending institution due to the size of the mega funding amount. If the full amount is exclusively funded by Hong Kong Mega Funding Corp., then all documentation will be signed at our Head Office/our legal counsel or our legal representative in your country of origin.

We will then work closely with the client in every aspect of the process, from the date of engagement to the actual funding, to bring this to a successful completion for you personally or your corporation.

Engagement Fee : Hong Kong Mega Funding Corp. will require a 1% non-refundable deposit in U.S. dollars (to be held in our Trust Account) for the amount of the transaction once the client’s application has been reviewed and accepted by Hong Kong Mega Funding Corp. This fee must be paid at the time of the signing of the Exclusive Representation and Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement to start the process.

If for any reason whatsoever you do not have the full amount of the 1% non-refundable engagement fee available in full, we then can arrange the shortfall for you immediately within 48 hours, through one of our affiliates, to have the difference underwritten for you. There will, of course, be an upfront fee charged for this service for the shortfall to be agreed upon by all parties.
Commitment Fee : A further Commitment Fee of 1% in U.S. dollars must be paid at the time of the signing and acceptance by all parties (client, bank and Hong Kong Mega Funding Corp.) agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Commitment Letter from the bank.
Success Fee : A further Success Fee must be paid at the time of the closing in U.S. dollars from, 3% to 10% depending on the amount financed and agreed upon at the signing of the Exclusive Representation and Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement.
